Adopting double-tank step-by-step heating technology, it realizes heating while discharging water, and the hot water output efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with traditional single-tank equipment. It can easily cope with the centralized water pressure during the three peak periods of morning, noon and evening in the catering industry, and ensure uninterrupted supply of 100% pure boiling water even during the busiest lunch period. The whole machine adopts seamless welded food-grade 304 stainless steel inner tank, and the inner wall has been specially polished, which is not easy to scale and easy to clean, fully complying with national food hygiene and safety standards, and is an important guarantee for food safety in the catering industry.

 

This catering hot water boiler is equipped with an intelligent water shortage protection and automatic water replenishment system. When the water level is below the safety line, it will automatically stop heating and start the water replenishment procedure, effectively preventing dry-burning accidents. The high-definition LED digital display can display the current water temperature and water level status in real time, with a temperature adjustment range of 30℃-100℃, meeting the temperature requirements of different catering operations such as making tea, cooking noodles, making soup and disinfection.
