A step-by-step water boiler, as the name suggests, is an energy-saving water heating device that gradually heats water from the bottom up until it boils.
It represents a revolutionary improvement over traditional water boilers. By using bottom-level water intake, it avoids the serious "mixed water" problem caused by the "forced" inflow from the top, which immediately mixes raw water into the entire tank of hot water. The mixing problem is mitigated by the fact that raw water, being colder and denser, sinks to the bottom. While a horizontal baffle can further improve the effect, factors such as water fluctuations and molecular diffusion mean that raw water cannot be completely prevented from mixing into the upper layer of boiled water.

This water heater significantly improves upon the separation of hot and cold water while ensuring a healthy, single-boil operation, minimizing the production of "mixed-hot and cold water." Electrical control ensures only one boil, completely avoiding repeated heating. After each liter of water is heated and boiled, another liter is added from the bottom until the tank is full, providing a continuous supply of boiling water. This eliminates the waiting time of traditional water heaters where the entire tank is boiled before dispensing. Traditional water heaters rely on steam expansion to move water from the heating chamber to the insulation chamber, essentially boiling it countless times. In contrast, this step-type water heater uses electrode temperature measurement for accurate temperature control, maintaining a constant outlet temperature of 96-99 degrees Celsius. It features electronic leakage protection alarm, electronic temperature control to prevent dry burning, and overflow/leakage prevention.
Designed for various public drinking water needs, it is available in power ratings of 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, and 12KW, with tank capacities of 5L, 15L, 30L, 60L, 90L, and 120L. This is a new type of energy-saving water dispenser primarily suitable for hospitals, schools, train stations, airports, and businesses. For example, the step-type water dispenser belongs to the third generation of energy-saving water dispensers.
